Extremely Poor quality. Worst Accor I have ever stayed at!

Ok, just to make it clear, I never leave a review, however I feel the management really need to know about the lack of quality they are offering here! Where to start, I guess it started with checking in at reception, having to have a slight argument with the receptionist about my check out date as she didn't even know what the date was. 2nd issue, the drive in and out of the car park, extremely poor housekeeping when there is a very bad garbage odor to the point of gaging. 3rd issue, the foul smell through the corridors, again to the point of when leaving the room if you don't hold your breath waiting for the lift you will be dry reaching and quite possibly will need a bucket for the journey down. 4th issue, the constant foul smell in the room itself, we had to keep the doors open the whole time to allow fresh air in. 5th issue, the bed, extremely uncomfortable, it was two singles pushed together and it would part in the middle during the night. Also felt like we were missing the actual mattress, and we were sleeping on the base itself! 6th issue, and I can't blame them for this one as we were notified, however they only offer a bath over shower, not a problem some would think, however it is extremely dangerous stepping in and out, almost need to be a contagionists with the heigh and width needing to be stepped over, I don't know how an older person would have managed. Extremely disappointed with the quality of this hotel, I travel A LOT for work and pleasure and this Matra is the worst I have ever stayed in ever! and this include dodgy outback hotels in remote locations, I'd even go to say the worse mine camps would rate over this place! Extremely dirty and just plan stinks!

Was abit scared being so high. Room was lovely though. Bath tub was deep. Liked having a washing machine and dryer in the room as well.

The room hard disgustingly dirty carpets with many stains .. lack of bed in 2nd bedroom, only one bedside table .. walls desperately need painting. This room needs to be removed fron the Mantra list as it has bought disrepute to the Mantra and Accor brand. We are now considering not booking Accor again noting the majority of accommodation I have booked for over 20 years has been with Accor. I am extremely disappointed.
